Una profesión dañina

- Bueno, los diseñadores gastan mucho dinero en sus colecciones, emplean a muchas personas, así que quieren vender su producto. Es normal que hagan lo posible para que su ropa sea la mejor, ¿no?
- Well, designers spend a lot of money on their collections, they employ many people, so they want to sell their product. It is normal that they do their best so that their clothes are the best, isn’t it?

Nuevos modelos
- Deberían ser más responsables e intentar introducir un nuevo modelo que sea más parecido a la realidad. Contratar a modelos de tallas que se aproximen más a la talla media.
- They should be more responsible and try to introduce a new model that is more like reality. They should hire models with sizes that are closer to the average size.
Tener un peso sano
- Hay pasarelas que no permiten que participen mujeres que no tienen un peso sano, aunque son una minoría. Yo a esos diseñadores les compraría ropa solo para animarles a que sigan con esa política.
- There are catwalks that do not allow women who do not have a healthy weight to participate, although they are a minority. I would buy from those designers just to encourage them to continue with that policy.
