- Pues yo lo uso para todo. Estoy todo el día enganchada al ordenador. Nada más levantarme pongo música, normalmente de plataformas de streaming y cuando veo la tele tiendo a usar Netflix.
- Well, I use it for everything. I am hooked on the computer all day. As soon as I get up, I play music, usually from streaming platforms and when I watch TV, I tend to use Netflix.
El uso de Internet

Los riesgos de Internet
- Usar Internet conlleva riesgos para las personas, que van desde el ciberacoso para los jóvenes, hasta el aislamiento social para los mayores, pasando por el riesgo de fraude o de robo de datos.
- Using the Internet entails risks for people, ranging from cyberbullying for the youngest, to social isolation for the elderly, to the risk of fraud or data theft.
Los ciberataques
- Los riesgos no se limitan a individuos. Recientemente ha habido ciberataques a organizaciones que si se replicaran a mayor escala, podrían no solo dificultar una vida normal, sino costar vidas.
- The risks are not limited to individuals. Recently, there have been cyberattacks on organizations that, if they happened on a larger scale, could not only affect daily life negatively, but also cost lives.

Los beneficios de internet

Una vida sin Internet
- Imagínate cómo sería la vida si no pudiéramos comunicarnos con colegas, amigos y familia, o si nuestro acceso a información siguiera limitado a lo que podemos leer en papel.

La necesidad de Internet
- La forma en que disfrutamos del tiempo libre sería limitada sin acceso a redes sociales, videojuegos o streaming. El ocio parece un lujo, pero creo que hoy tener acceso a ocio de calidad es esencial.
- The way we enjoy free time would limited without access to social networks, video games or streaming. Leisure seems like a luxury, but I think today having access to good leisure is essential.
