La legislación
- La Constitución Española, aprobada en 1978, sirve de punto de referencia principal contra el racismo y la xenofobia.

- En la Constitución se contempla que todos los españoles y también los extranjeros en España son iguales ante la ley y deben ser tratados de manera justa.
- The Constitution shows that all Spaniards and foreigners in Spain are equal before the law and must be treated fairly.
El Código Penal
- Además, tenemos el Código Penal que establece penas y castigos contra actos discriminatorios cometidos en contra de cualquier persona debido a su raza, nacionalidad o religión.
- In addition, we have the Penal Code that establishes penalties and punishments against discriminatory acts committed against any person due to their race, nationality or religion.

- Esta ley protege a los deportistas contra ataques de delito de odio. También tenemos La Ley de Extranjería que recoge los derechos y de extranjeros que no pertenezcan a la Unión Europea.
