  • Ectomorphs are tall and thin (not skinny). They have narrow hips and shoulders. They are suited to sports or activities that require being light to be advantageous.

Mesomorph

  • Mesomorphs are muscular. They have broad shoulders and narrow hips (think upside down triangle). They are suited to sports and activities that require strength, speed and consequently power.

Endomorph

  • Endomorphs have wide shoulders and wide hips. They store fat. They suit some activities that require power or where extra weight is an advantage.
