In Spanish, the verb always has to agree with the subject.
Agreement
- In Spanish, the verb has to agree in number with the subject.
- For that reason, the verb needs to be conjugated.
Examples
- Los niños juegan en el parque con sus amigos hasta el atardecer.
- The children play in the park with their friends until nightfall.
- Nosotros vamos a la playa mañana si os apetece venir.
- We are going to the beach tomorrow if you all fancy coming?
- Tu mamá está en España, ¿verdad? ¿Cuándo vuelve?
- Your mum is in Spain, right? When is she coming back?
