The Four Noble Truths
Nirhoda – the third Noble Truth
- Nirhoda → the end of suffering.
- If we let go of our desires and attachments, we end suffering.
- Understanding this and exercising self-control to achieve it leads to enlightenment and nirvana.
Magga – the fourth Noble Truth
- Magga → the path to end suffering.
- We can achieve that self-control by following the Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path to enlightenment.
