Regular AR Verbs in the Present Tense
To form the present tense for regular AR verbs, remove the AR and add the endings for each person. Here is the example for 'hablar' (to speak, to talk):
Yo, tú, él, ella, usted
- yo hablo - I talk
- tú hablas - you talk
- él/ella habla - he/she talks
- usted habla - you talk (formal)
Nosotros, vosotros, ellos, ustedes
- nosotros/nosotras hablamos - we talk
- vosotros/vosotras habláis - you talk (plural)
- ellos/ellas hablan - they talk
- ustedes hablan - you talk (formal plural)
