¿Porqué Estudiar un Idioma? - Why Study a Language?

Comprender una cultura - understand a culture.
Facilitar la comunicación con otras personas - to enable comunication with other people.
La globalización - globalisation.
Cada vez más interconectado - more and more interconnected.
Destacarse de la multitud - to stand out from the crowd.
Dar la oportunidad - to give the opportunity.
Saber otro idioma - to know another language.

Si viajas, saber otro idioma te da la oportunidad de comprender la cultura local.
If you travel, knowing another language gives you the opportunity to understand the local culture.
Si sabes otro idioma, cuando solicites un empleo, vas a destacarte de la multitud.
If you know another language, when you apply for a job, you are going to stand out from the crowd.
Los idiomas te dan la oportunidad de viajar.
Languages give you the opportunity to travel.

Why do you learn a language?
Actualmente vivimos en un mundo cada vez más interconectado, dónde la globalización es parte del día a día. Así pues, para mí, saber otro idioma es una necesidad, no sólo para el mundo laboral sino también para viajar.
Currently we live in a more and more interconnected world, where globalization is part of the day to day. So therefore, for me, knowing another language is a necessity, not only in the working world but also to travel.
