Present Continuous with Regular Gerunds
To form the present continuous, use the present form of 'estar' followed by a gerund.
Estoy comiendo - I am eating
Estás cantando - you are singing
Está bebiendo - he/she is drinking / you are drinking (formal)
Estamos corriendo - we are running
Estáis estudiando - you are studying (plural)
Están jugando - they are playing / you are playing (formal plural)
