Solving Two-Step Problems
Sometimes problems have two steps you need to take in order to find the answer.

Example
- There are 7,500 raffle tickets to sell.
- Lucy sold 2,364, while Daniel sold 3,748. How many are left to sell?

First step
- First, we need to add the amount of tickets sold.
- 2,364 + 3,748 = 6,112
- The total amount of tickets sold is 6,112.

Second step
- Now we need to find out how many tickets from the original 7,500 are left.
- We are finding the difference which means we are using subtraction:
- 7,500 - 6,112 = 1,388
