Adverbs of Quantity
Adverbs are words that change verbs, adjectives and nouns. The following adverbs are used to talk about quantities.

Casi - almost, nearly
- Tengo casi veinte años.
- I am nearly 20 years old.
- Casi todo el mundo.
- Almost everyone.

Muy, mucho - very, a lot
- Hace mucho calor.
- It is very hot.
- Es muy alto.
- He is very tall.

Poco - a little, a few
- Tenemos poco tiempo.
- We don't have much time (we have little time).
- Pocos días después.
- A few days later.

Demasiado - too much
- Comes demasiada carne.
- You eat too much meat.
- Mi amigo habla demasiado en clase.
- My friend talks too much in class.
Adverbs of Place
These adverbs are used to talk about place. They have different meanings and they can either come before the verb or after.

Aquí - here
- Aquí hay muchos turistas.
- There are a lot of tourists here.
- Venimos aquí cada año.
- Every year we come here.

Allí - there
- Estaré allí.
- I will be there.
- Allí nació.
- She was born there.

Dentro, adentro - inside
- 'Dentro' is used when someone is already inside.
- Cenaba dentro.
- I was eating inside.
- Cenaba dentro.
- 'Adentro' is used when someone is moving inside.
- Fuimos adentro.
- We went inside.
- Fuimos adentro.

Fuera, afuera - outside
- 'Fuera' is used for things that are currently outside.
- El perro está fuera.
- The dog is outside.
- El perro está fuera.
- 'Afuera' is used when the action of going outside is happening.
- Vamos afuera y jugar al cricket.
- Let's go outside and play cricket.
- Vamos afuera y jugar al cricket.
