Radically Changing ER Verb Stems

Verbs that have radically changing stems in the present tense also have radically changing stems in the present subjunctive. Note that these verbs do not change in the 'nosotros' and 'vosotros' forms.

Volver - to return

Irregular ER Sunjunctive

The verbs with first person irregular in the present containing ‘g’ or ‘zc’ take their stem from the 'yo' form in the present tense and add the subjunctive endings. Most present subjunctives change in every person of the verb.
