Solubility of Salts
Chemistry: Edexcel IGCSE, topic 12.1.8
Solubility of Salts
Different salts have different solubilities in water.

Solubility of salts
- Soluble salts dissociate (break up) in to their anion and cation as the giant ionic lattice breaks.
- Insoluble salts do not break up, so their giant ionic lattice stays intact (together).

Rules
- Here are some general rules to predict solubility.
