Evaporation at Different Temperatures
Temperature affects how fast water evaporates in the water cycle. Remember that water (liquid) evaporates from the oceans into water vapour (gas) in the water cycle.

High temperatures
- Water evaporates quicker at higher temperatures.
- This means water will evaporate quicker in warm countries.

Low temperatures
- Water evaporates slower at lower temperatures.
- This means water will evaporate slower in cooler countries.
