Spelling Changes 'GUIR' - 'G'
IR verbs that end in 'guir' change their spelling to be consistent in pronunciation. These verbs change their spelling to preserve the 'g' sound. They won't need the ‘gu’, only the ‘g’.
'Ir'
'Ir' has a completely irregular stem for the present subjunctive. You only need to use the stem ‘vay’ and add the ‘ir’ subjunctive endings.
