'Estar' is used with adjectives to express feelings and states of mind (moods) instead of describing things, people and situations (estar).

- 'Estar harto de' either takes an infinitive or an adjective.
- Estoy harto de la política.
- I am fed up of politics.
- Estoy harto de ver anuncios.
- I am fed up of seeing adverts.

- If the opinion is about what a different person is doing you must use ‘de que’ followed by the subjunctive.
