Making Adjectives Plural
If the noun is plural (more than one), you usually add ‘-s’ to the adjective too.


Adding an 's'
Adding an 's'
- If the adjective ends in a vowel (‘a’, ‘e’ or ‘o’), you just add ‘-s’ to make it plural.
- It doesn't matter if the adjective is in its feminine or masculine form.

- Adjectives that end in a consonant add ‘-es’ when they describe a masculine plural noun.
- unos chicos habladores - some talkative boys
- Adjectives that end in a consonant add ‘-as’ when they describe a feminine plural noun.
- unas chicas habladoras - some talkative girls
