Les Couleurs - Colours
The endings for colours used as adjectives usually change in French if the noun they are describing is masculine, feminine or plural. 'Marron' ('brown') is an exception.

Bleu(e) - blue
- Je veux un ballon bleu - I want a blue ball.
- Je veux deux ballons bleus - I want two blue balls.
- Je veux une piscine bleue - I want a blue swimming pool.
- Je veux deux piscines bleues - I want two blue swimming pools.

Blond(e) - blond
- J'ai un chien blond - I have a blond dog.
- J'ai des chiens blonds -I have blond dogs.
- J'ai une vache blonde - I have a blond cow.
- J'ai des vaches blondes - I have blond cows.

Noir(e) - black
- Je veux un pull noir - I want a black jumper.
- Je veux des pulls noirs - I want black jumpers.
- Je veux une voiture noire - I want a black car.
- Je veux des voitures noires - I want black cars.

Rouge - red
- 'Rouge' has the same form when it is describing a masculine or feminine noun.
- J'aime le vin rouge - I like red wine.
- J'aime des vins rouges - I like red wines.
- J'aime la voiture rouge - I like the red car.
- J'aime des voitures rouges - I like red cars.

Brun(e) - brown
- J'ai un fauteuil brun - I have a brown armchair.
- J'ai des fauteuils bruns - I have brown armchairs.
- J'ai une bouteille brune - I have a brown bottle.
- J'ai des bouteilles brunes - I have brown bottles.

Vert(e) - green
- J'aime le livre vert - I like the green book.
- J'aime les livres verts - I like the green books.
- J'aime la cravate verte - I like the green tie.
- J'aime les cravates vertes - I like the green ties.

Marron - (chestnut) brown
- 'Marron' stays the same, it does not change for masculine or feminine or if there is more than one.
- J'aime le pantalon marron - I like the brown trousers (masculine).
- J'aime les yeux marron - I like brown eyes (masculine plural).
- J'aime la chemise marron - I like the brown shirt (feminine).
- J'aime les chemises marron - I like the brown shirts (feminine plural).

Orange - Orange
- 'Orange' stays the same, it does not change for masculine or feminine or if there is more than one.
- La robe est orange.
- The dress is orange.
- **J’ai une voiture orange.
- I have an orange car.
