Regular IR Verbs in the Conditional Tense
To form the conditional tense with regular IR verbs, take the infinitive and add the imperfect endings. Here is the example with 'sortir' (to go out):

Tu sortirais - you would go out
- 'Tu' means 'you' (singular).

Vous sortiriez - you would go out
- 'Vous' means:
- You (plural).
- You (singular, formal).

Finir - to finish
- Je finirais - I would finish.
- Tu finirais - you (singular) would finish.
- Il/elle/on finirait - he/she/one would finish.
- Nous finirions - we would finish.
- Vous finiriez - you (plural/formal) would finish.
- Ils/elles finiraient - they would finish.

Partir - to leave
- Je partirais - I would leave.
- Tu partirais - you (singular) would leave.
- Il/elle/on partirait - he/she/one would leave.
- Nous partirions - we would leave.
- Vous partiriez - you (plural/formal) would leave.
- Ils/elles partiraient - they would leave.

Dormir - to sleep
- Je dormirais - I would sleep.
- Tu dormirais - you (singular) would sleep.
- Il/elle/on dormirait - he/she/one would sleep.
- Nous dormirions - we would sleep.
- Vous dormiriez - you (plural/formal) would sleep.
- Ils/elles dormiraient - they would sleep.

Réussir - to succeed, to pass
- Je réussirais - I would succeed.
- Tu réussirais - you (singular) would succeed.
- Il/elle/on réussirait - he/she/one would succeed.
- Nous réussirions - we would succeed.
- Vous réussiriez - you (plural/formal) would succeed.
- Ils/elles réussiraient - they would succeed.

Mentir - to lie
- Je mentirais - I would lie.
- Tu mentirais - you (singular) would lie.
- Il/elle/on mentirait - he/she/one would lie.
- Nous mentirions - we would lie.
- Vous mentiriez - you (plural/formal) would lie.
