'Estar'
In the present subjunctive, 'estar' has a regular stem and regular endings but with accent:

Esté - I am

Estés - you are

Esté - he/she is

Estemos - we are

Estéis - you are

Estén - they are
'Dar'
'Dar' is irregular because there is an accent in the 'yo' and 'él/ella' forms. This is to distinguish it from the preposition 'de'.

Dé - I give

Des - you give

Dé - he/she gives

Demos - we give

Deis - you give

Den - they give
