Limits to Renewable Energy Resources
Renewable energy resources have their limits. These include:
Reliability
- Some energy resources (i.e. wind power) are less reliable than fossil fuels.
Cost
- Building renewable power plants is expensive.
- Renewable options (like hybrid cards and solar panels) are expensive.
Politics
- Donald Trump may be less keen on renewable energy resources than Barack Obama was (!).
