Diagnostic Misconceptions - P2 Q5 2

English Language: AQA GCSE, topic 6.1.4

In Question 5, even if it asks you to explain your opinion, examiners want to read something interesting that sounds like a newspaper article, a speech or a letter, etc. It will tell you what they’re looking for in the question, but it will always be something more interesting than just a list of reasons why you agree or disagree. This is not Question 4, and in Q5, you are expected to be descriptive and imaginative in the way you present your views. You can use all of the language and structural features you have learned for Section A here.
