One recurring digit

  • For recurring decimals, the decimals that are repeated forever are represented with a dot above them.
    • Example: 0.9˙0.\dot{9}
    • This means that the decimal is 0.999990.99999\ldots, where it keeps going forever.

  • When there are dots over two numbers in a row, this means that they both repeat infinitely.
