How the Internet Makes You Feel
The Internet should be useful, interesting and fun but sometimes you might be upset by something you see or hear.
Offensive behaviour online
- Some offensive behaviour online is illegal.
- Sometimes it feels like people are more badly-behaved online than in real life.
- NEVER get involved in rude behaviour online.
Cyber-bullying
- Cyber-bullying is where someone is teased, threatened or made to feel bad about themselves online.
Report any concerns
- Always report anything upsetting to a trusted adult.
- Always keep evidence of what upsets you.
- Do NOT delete what upsets you.
Above all
- Be kind and positive to your friends online.
