Regular IR Verbs in the Preterite Tense
To form the preterite tense for regular IR verbs, remove the IR and add the correct endings for each person (same as for regular ER verbs). Here is the example with 'vivir' (to live):
Viví - I lived
Viviste - you lived
Vivió - he/she lived
Vivimos - we lived
Vivisteis - you lived
Vivieron - they lived
