Todos los días
- Cada día - each day.
- Voy al parque todos los días.
- I go to the park every day.
- Todos los días, me levanto a las siete.

De vez en cuando
- Voy al cine de vez en cuando.
- I go to the cinema from time to time.
- De vez en cuando, me apetece comer chocolate.
- From time to time, I fancy eating some chocolate.
A veces
A veces, mi familia y yo vamos a la Costa Brava de vacaciones.
Sometimes, my family and I go to the Costa Brava on holiday.
A veces, me gusta salir con mis hermanos a jugar al fútbol.
Sometimes I like to go out with my siblings to play football.

Los lunes
- Los lunes hago ejercicio en el gimnasio.
- On Mondays I do exercise in the gym.
- Los domingos siempre voy a visitar a mi abuelo.
- On Sundays I always go to visit my grandad.
Por la mañana
- Por la mañana, desayuno a las ocho.
- In the morning, I have breakfast at 8:00.
Por la tarde
- Por la tarde, almuerzo con mis padres a las dos.
- I have lunch with my parents at 2:00 in the afternoon.
Por la noche
- Por la noche, me acuesto a eso de las once.
- At night, I go to bed around 11:00.
Los fines de semana
- Los fines de semana, suelo tomar una siesta cuando hace calor.
- At weekends, I usually take a nap in the afternoon when it’s hot.
- Los fines de semana, es muy agradable pasar tiempo con mi perro.
- At the weekend, it’s really nice to take my dog for a walk.
