'Jouer' In The Present Tense
Je joue - I play
Tu joues - you play
- 'Tu' is used for singular form.
Il/elle/on joue - he/she/one plays
- 'On' is used as an informal way to say 'nous'.
- 'On' is also used as a way to say 'one does something'.
- 'On' is also used as an impersonal way to say 'you'.
Nous jouons - we play
Vous jouez - you play
- 'Vous' is used in plural and formal situation.
Ils/elles jouent - they play
- Use 'elles' when all subjects are feminine.
- Use 'ils' in any other case.
