About the role

As our Educational Content Manager for France, you will be a core member of our team, leading the creation of high-quality content on our learning platform with the focus on the French school system. You will be working closely with the Managers of the other countries, reporting directly to Seneca’s Head of International and managing a group of freelance authors and content creators.
You will ensure the right selection and structural design of our resources. You will be responsible for building and continuously improving our learning content, ensuring it is the best available for all French users.

Your main tasks will be:

• Defining the structure of our resources based on the French national curriculum, internal data, and priorities for local students and for the company
• Planning the roadmap of content creation, ensuring maximum output
• Reviewing the content and ensuring it is 100% correct in terms of language, pedagogy and structure
• Using data to review processes and suggest more effective ways of working
• Hiring and managing content authors and content creators
• Working closely with the managers of the others countries, helping each other so every branch is moving forward and producing top quality content

About you

You will have:

• Excellent language skills. Able to review and edit texts to the highest standards
• Structured and data-oriented way of working and first experience in project management
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced team, learning new skills and making decisions

You will be a native speaker of French and have very good proficiency in English.
