- Being a leader is tough. It can be lonely, you can feel like an island operating in isolation.
- Sometimes as a leader, you have to keep your powder dry, you have to keep your
doubts to yourself and you have to abate negativity.
- Equally, leading can be highly rewarding, exciting and you can feel very much like you are creating a team.
- Just remember, Rome was not built in a day!
